**Damages and Issues**
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
**Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items**
Custom prints, due to their personalized nature, are generally not eligible for returns. Returns may not be accepted if the provided photo does not meet our Image Quality Guide standards. However, we are committed to addressing any concerns about printing defects. Please reach out within 7 days of delivery if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.
